A powerful 640×480 px VOx detector with a pixel pitch of 12µm, a high-resolution 1,280 x 960 HD display and a 35 mm/F=1.0 germanium lens. The Jahnke Thermal Statement is a combination of diverse technical highlights bundled into a single, extremely powerful device, which for the first time is equipped with the new Super Silencer as standard.

A VOx thermal imaging device (VOx stands for: Vanadium Oxide) uses vanadium. This raw material is much rarer and therefore more expensive than silicon, which is often used in other thermal devices. Vanadium oxide has a better thermal conductivity than a thermal imager using silicon.

It is a sound that is hardly noticeable under normal conditions – in the field, however, the clicking of the calibration process of a thermal imaging camera can break through the silence and become a recurring source of disturbance. A problem for which we were the first manufacturer to realise an optimal solution: The Super Silencer function reduces calibration noise to an imperceptible minimum.

Extends the life of your battery
As with any battery, the capacity of the integrated power storage of a thermal imaging camera also decreases over time. In order to extend the service life and at the same time optimise the charging management, we have a specific fast charging cable manufactured that regulates the charging process and reduces the charging time by up to 30 %.
