Monochrome®:
Special demands require sophisticated technology: the JAHNKE PREMIUM Monochrom® produces a high-contrast and detailed black-and-white image that puts other B/W tubes in the shade.
Monochrom® also offers a contrast reproduction that is perceived as particularly pleasant by the eye. Details can therefore be picked up more quickly. It is this time advantage that often makes the difference between success and failure. You also benefit from two other time advantages: 15,000 hours of service life and a two-year warranty period.

Sorting:
The sorting indicates whether and how many inclusions are present in the image tube at maximum.
First grade = picture tube without or only with very light inclusions.
Second grade = picture tube with medium to heavy inclusions.
Please note: A higher power category is more crucial for an optimal picture than a better grade.
Performance Category:
The power categories describe the performance of the image intensifier tubes. Power Category I has the lowest light gain – Power Category III has the best and the more optimal signal-to-noise ratio for a crisp image.
Auto-Gating:
Auto-Gating was developed to maintain the performance of image intensifier tubes, even under difficult lighting conditions at night, and to extend their service life.
